Every new patient visit is tailored to your individual needs. Depending on the reason for your appointment, your first visit may include an examination, digital X-rays, a professional cleaning (when appropriate), and a discussion about your oral health and treatment options.

We gladly submit insurance claims directly to your insurance provider as a courtesy to our patients.
Dental insurance is designed to help cover a portion of the cost of your dental care, and coverage varies between plans. Treatment recommendations are based on your oral health needs, not your insurance benefits.
Patients are responsible for any estimated balance not covered by insurance and for providing current insurance information. If your insurance provider does not pay a claim, the remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility.
Being prepared helps make your visit as smooth as possible. Please bring:
- Your dental insurance information
- A list of any medications you are currently taking
- Completed patient forms (if applicable)
- Any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss
If your contact information, medical history, or insurance has changed since your last visit, please let our team know when you arrive.
Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept a variety of payment methods and are happy to submit your dental insurance claims directly to your insurance provider as a courtesy.
